EXPERIENCE DESIGN

Being an experience strategist has helped me own my role as a creative as well as a critical thinker. From in-person and virtual events to digital experiences and interactive engagements, every project has been an opportunity to exercise both my right and left brain.

I’ve worked side by side with art directors and architects, feeding creative designs with strategic insights – and making black and white from gray. The result: audience-centric, narrative-driven experiences that are memorable, intentional and engaging.

  • Led the creative development process, including experience concepts, booth programming and messaging

  • Recipient of 2019 MarCom Gold Award & Communicator Award of Excellence Winner

IBM's show-stopping, VIP experience at the largest retail conference

  • Hosted a client workshop to discuss objectives and experience priorities

  • Developed creative concepts, content framework, messaging and digital content as part of the holistic audience journey

CLOUD INNOVATION FORUM 2019

An IBM-proprietary event, complete with luxury experiences and white glove details


  • Delivered a communications plan, copywriting, engagement tactics, and keynote speaker recommendations

  • Selected keynote talent earned the event's first ever standing ovation
